RETURN POLICY


At Importadora de Mallas de Colombia SAS, we are committed to the satisfaction of our customers, which is why our return policy lasts 30 calendar days from receipt of the product. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


PRE-SALES INFORMATION PROTOCOL:

We pride ourselves on having a pre-sale information protocol, where we provide videos, images and references of our products before finalizing the order and subsequent shipping, and we also recommend our customers to check the products once received, and share photos.

To complete your return, we need you to have on hand the electronic invoice that we issued to you or, failing that, the date of purchase and your identification document, in order to validate in our software the date of purchase and the reference of the product in question, write to our sales contact number via WhatsApp 3204103943, or to the email ventas@impormallas.com.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)


• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be accepted.

Changes (if applicable)

Shipment

Shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your exchanged product may vary. If you are shipping an item over $500,000, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
